It does have issues with patient queue management at times but this is manageable.However in the latest update it now includes forced multiplayer for achievements and challenges.However good the game is, i can not recommend it with this inclusion. :(. I've put in a fair amount of time into this game and have really enjoyed it. But it is wearing me down with the repetitive nature of building each hospital. Each level introduces a new element but the build process follows the same cycle of struggle, then getting into a rhythm of patient processing. It's fun to get the engine going but after doing this half a dozen times its growing a bit boring. There's staple rooms you need in every hospital and office space so each new building you make is a tiresome process of building those rooms. Then you watch what special rooms get the most use and make extras of those.I'm going to recommend the game since I think it's a well designed and fun game. But I expect most players will get bored at some point.. I am enjoying Two Point Hospital. Great game.. FINALLY!!Ever since Theme Hospital, I have tried just about every hospital simulation game that has been released. This is the one I have been yearning for for decades.. its like Theme Hospital on steriods. I recommed!. I got this game after loving the original Theme Hospital and I have to say i'm pretty impressed. It's just like the old one but with way better graphics. It's one of my favorite games now.. Worthy successor to Theme Hospital. Awesome especially with the new updates. This is a spiritual successor to Theme Hospital - the game I used to play years ago. Gameplay is very similar to the original, it has all the features that the original game had as far as I remember, graphics looks much better of course, it's 3D and built on Unity engine. For those who didn't have a chance to play the original - TPH is a simple easy-to-learn business simulation strategy game and the point is building and managing hospitals. It doesn't take itself seriously, it's more like a humorous relaxing game.The performance is great on an Arch Linux 1050 Ti laptop and I didn't have any issues, it's ported natively.. There's a 99% chance you're here because you played Bullfrogs Theme Hospital when you were a child and you want a nostalgia trip :)))This is not a remake of Theme Hospital. It's very similar but with a lot more content, more phenomenal diseases and more polished graphic finish. Steam Workshop support is also very player-friendly :) If you haven't played Theme Hospital and you're here then you're in for a treat. This game gives you humor, challenge and a lot of fun.
